Added:

• Game Over Screen

Fixed Bugs:

• Losing 2 lives when walking into a spike
  
• Lives going in the negatives when reaching 0
• Collecting a gem sometimes giving 2 gems in now unlikelier (couldnt fix it fully)
  

Known Bugs:

• Collecting a gem sometimes gives 2 gems
  
• Title in the Main Menu a bit white
